About the role
- We are looking for a tech transactions attorney to join our legal team.
- This is a strategic role with a mix of both internal- and external-facing responsibilities in an area of increasing importance and growth for Applied Intuition.
- You will also have opportunities to expand your role as part of a small legal team in a high growth start up.
Responsibilities
- You will support Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, etc.) to lead key initiatives
- Support activities related to IP, Product, and Compliance as needed
- Create and maintain forms, playbooks, and training to improve consistency, execution speed, risk mitigation, and scalability
Requirements
- You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and be comfortable working in ambiguity.
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar
Nice to have
- Experience with some combination of law firm and in-house work
- Familiarity with automotive industry, supply chain, or tier-1 supplier dynamics
- Computer science or engineering degree

Compensation
- at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits.
- Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position.
- For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $180,000 - $250,000 USD annually.
