About the role

  • You will bring strong assessment and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of process improvement to increase efficiency and advance operational innovation.
  • You will also leverage excellent communication and influence skills to align stakeholders across teams and guide decisions on complex business and operational topics.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and execute productization plans to drive consistency and release readiness
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills to streamline the product release process and support ongoing business change
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and technical resources, and lead initiatives spanning product, business, and enterprise systems

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, product enablement, or a similar senior role
  • Experience leading or coaching a team to achieve business objectives
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent time management with proven success balancing competing demands
  • Knowledge of the software development process and release of commercial software and SaaS products
  • Ability to present to internal and external executive audiences
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 15% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, Geography, Geographical Information Systems, or related field

Compensation

  • A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
  • $139,360 - $228,800 USD
