About the role

  • Our Global Operations & Quality team plays a central part in ensuring our products are delivered to patients with cardiovascular disease.
  • The standard hours for this role are Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on chairs and microscopes, as well as making repairs to microscopes; also perform preventive maintenance and sanitization of work benches and other large surfaces during shutdowns.
  • Perform minor repairs to manufacturing tools, such as tweezers, scissors and probes.
  • Document maintenance tasks, track labor hours and spare parts data in asset lifecycle system (e.g., Maximo).
  • Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs.

Requirements

  • Due to the specific duties of this job, you must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to use computer applications to track and update work order status.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision by following preventive maintenance instructions.

Nice to have

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent mechanical aptitude preferred

Compensation

  • For California, the base pay range for this position is $30,000 to $41,000 (highly experienced).
