About the role
- This position requires in-role training at an operating site which will be 2+ weeks in duration.
- This training will be located 50+ miles away from the home site location.
- All travel accommodations for training will be booked and paid for by Amazon.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will lead a team of hourly employees and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
- We are a combination of operations and support teams aligned to continually strive to innovate the last mile delivery process while bringing smiles to our customer's faces.

Requirements
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Compensation
- $70k-$91k
