About the role

  • We're looking for a talented Onboarding Specialist who's eager to help small businesses feel confident using payroll technology even if they've never touched it before.
  • You'll guide new clients through setup, ensure compliance, and set them up for long-term success with Wagepoint.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain payroll concepts clearly.
  • Experience managing KYC/KYB and other compliance documentation.

Nice to have

  • You have your PCP designation or are working toward it.
  • You're a member of the National Payroll Institute (NPI).
  • You've worked with payroll software or HR/payroll platforms.
  • You're bilingual in French and English.

Skills

  • Ensure payroll accounts are configured accurately and in full compliance with Wagepoint policies and government requirements.

  • The Role at High Level: We're looking for a talented Onboarding Specialist who's eager to help small businesses feel confident using payroll technology even if they've never touched it before.
  • You will report directly to our Onboarding Team Lead.
  • What You'll Be Expected To Own: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Wagepoint clients, guiding them from account submission through to a successful first payroll run.
