About the role

As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will ensure that quality patient care is delivered while maintaining clinical operations.
As the facility leader, you will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
The curriculum will cover onboarding, essential functions, leading your business, and advanced leadership.

Collaborates with the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program.
Manages the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
Manages the profit and loss and other related financial aspects for the center, ensuring optimal facility operations to achieve or exceed the budget and key performance indicators.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring cost-effective facility operations in accordance with all legal, compliance and regulatory requirements and programs.

Obtains clinical feedback for employee evaluations and establishes annual goals and conducts employee evaluations.
