About the role
- Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker with adoption expertise to join its client's Adoption Team for an initial 6-month period.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality adoption social work services in line with legislation and best practice.
- Provide tailored post-adoption support to families.
- Manage access to records requests and non-agency adoption processes.
- Collaborate with the Permanence Team and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards.
- Post-adoption support
- Your own dedicated consultant with extensive social work knowledge
Requirements
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
