About the role
- Triage clinical and urgent requests, routing them to the appropriate pathologist or lab team in a timely manner.
- Enter and track orders for additional lab tests and procedures in Epic and follow up with internal teams and external laboratories as needed.
- Provide professional phone and email coverage, communicating accurately and promptly with internal and external stakeholders.

- Our team of pathologists, molecular diagnosticians, and researchers collaborates to provide precision cancer care.
- In this role, you'll support Hematopathologists and laboratory operations through a combination of administrative, clinical, and research responsibilities.
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- familiarity with databases and research materials
- Travel to Main Campus is required on an as-needed basis
- 2-4 years of experience working in a lab or medical/hospital setting
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise; familiarity with databases and research materials
- Excellent Excel skills
