About the role

- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permit applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site design projects for industrial and commercial developments from concept through construction.
- Develop and review site grading, utility, stormwater management, and erosion control plans.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and other design disciplines to ensure compliance with regulations and project objectives.
- Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and assisting in client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial/commercial site design.
- Proficiency with civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting processes.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license desired.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
