Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- 5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments
Skills
- Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

We are seeking a highly experienced RCDD-certified professional to manage secure technology control facilities supporting high-visibility missions. This role is ideal for an infrastructure leader with deep experience in secure communications, regulated environments, and technical team leadership.

- AGE Solutions is looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Operations Manager (RCDD Required) to join our team in support of our DoD customer to lead the design, operation, and protection of mission-critical communications environments.
- We are seeking a highly experienced RCDD-certified professional to manage secure technology control facilities supporting high-visibility missions.
- Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, network operations consoles, and circuits
- Direct Tier 2 Tech Control / Helpdesk operations, including incident response and service restoration
- Coordinate troubleshooting, restoration, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior and executive leadership
- Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management

- Compensation: $130,000+
