FHCSD Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is designed to help our patients maintain a high standard of independent living.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with underserved, low-income older adult persons in an outpatient clinic or similar setting required.
Current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California or ability to obtain
DEA license or ability to obtain
