About the role

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our accounting team team.
This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting close process.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes as the accounting team prepares to operate as a public company.

Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of assigned areas, including preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and conducting flux analysis.
Provide detailed reports and analyses to internal stakeholders to support financial reporting and decision-making.
Build and use AI agents to automate daily activities.
Support other special projects as they arise.
Hands-on, detail-oriented accountant with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably Big 4 public accounting or high-growth company experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
