About the role

This position is for a Senior Firmware Engineer in Avive's R&D organization with proven experience architecting, implementing, testing and debugging embedded firmware from concept through volume production.
This role's focus will on designing embedded systems with associated digital and analog peripherals, serial data communication, and wireless communication.
This role will have active participation and in system integration, testing, and debugging of electronics PCBA level hardware.

Design, code, unit test, and debug applications in various software languages including C and C++
Deliver design documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments and clear testable codeExperience integrating firmware with embedded systems

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent combination of relevant coursework and job-related experience.
1-3+ years of experience
Assist in software verification and quality assurance procedure development with the ability to effectively articulate perspectives orally & in writing
