Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- Source and update listing availability information into our database with precision and efficiency.
- Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables, collaborating with Colliers and external advisors.
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussed information into our platform.
- Canvassing and confirmation of tenants within assigned office and industrial.
- Assist with survey calling to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information
- Degree and/or diploma in a related field, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience, ideally in a similar role within the real estate industry, showcasing your expertise.
- Broad range of experience with data management programs and policies, highlighting your proficiency.
Compensation
- $45,644 to $50,000 per annum
- Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation.
