About the role
- The Associate Renewals Manager will focus on renewing subscriptions and services on-time while providing the highest level of customer service throughout the entire quote-to-cash cycle.
- You will bring effective time management skills to the role, and a growth attitude as you obtain mastery of coordinating, defining, and executing renewal strategies and messaging.

Responsibilities
- Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues
- Uncover accounts that may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure
- Naturally lead the renewal sales process to a close by understanding the competitive landscape and demonstrating Workiva's superior value proposition
- Review and validate installed base reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information to pursue accounts for renewal
- Maintain strong customer relationships to help grow the business
- Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale and optimize profits

Requirements
- 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals;
- Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva suite of products and services to create a customer belief that they must have Workiva products
- Workiva employees are required to undergo comprehensive security and privacy training tailored to their roles, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Nice to have

- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Basic knowledge of Software as a Service business model
- Ability to work from home and be self-directed
- Excellent time management and territory management skills
- Force Management training is a plus
- Up to 10% travel for internal meetings and trainings
- Reliable internet access for any period of time while working remotely, not in a Workiva office
Compensation
- 76,000.00 - 114,000.00 USD Annual ✅ Eligible for commission based on sales performance
- The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
