In this role, you will play a key part in the successful management and underwriting of our renewal book of business, contributing directly to growth, retention, and service excellence.

Manage renewal workflows across multiple carrier partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support Underwriters with account analysis, documentation, and day-to-day underwriting tasks
Maintain accurate and complete account records in internal systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth renewal and servicing experience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Underwrite and process workers' compensation renewal accounts within delegated carrier authority
Review and process Broker of Record (BOR) changes in accordance with carrier and compliance guidelines
Process endorsements, bind requests, and policy updates as needed
High school diploma required
additional coursework or insurance designations a plus
At least 2 years of recent experience supporting workers' compensation operations in a customer service or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients and brokers
Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or complex information and make sound decisions
