Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal workflows across multiple carrier partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support Underwriters with account analysis, documentation, and day-to-day underwriting tasks
  • Maintain accurate and complete account records in internal systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth renewal and servicing experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Requirements

  • On the job training and coaching by insurance professionals with over 20 years of experience.

Nice to have

  • Underwrite and process workers' compensation renewal accounts within delegated carrier authority
  • Review and process Broker of Record (BOR) changes in accordance with carrier and compliance guidelines
  • Process endorsements, bind requests, and policy updates as needed
  • High school diploma required
  • additional coursework or insurance designations a plus
  • At least 2 years of recent experience supporting workers' compensation operations in a customer service or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients and brokers
  • Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or complex information and make sound decisions
