Responsibilities
- Manage renewal workflows across multiple carrier partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support Underwriters with account analysis, documentation, and day-to-day underwriting tasks
- Maintain accurate and complete account records in internal systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth renewal and servicing experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- The information collected is solely used to determine suitability for employment, verify identity and maintain employment statistics on applicants.

Requirements
- On the job training and coaching by insurance professionals with over 20 years of experience.
Nice to have
- Underwrite and process workers' compensation renewal accounts within delegated carrier authority
- Review and process Broker of Record (BOR) changes in accordance with carrier and compliance guidelines
- Process endorsements, bind requests, and policy updates as needed
- High school diploma required
- additional coursework or insurance designations a plus
- At least 2 years of recent experience supporting workers' compensation operations in a customer service or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients and brokers
- Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or complex information and make sound decisions
