- The Global Corporate Development team works directly with WEBTOON management to identify, evaluate, and execute inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions, investments, or strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is expected to bring financial analysis and deal experience, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Minimum 7+ years of M&A experience (investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development)
- Strong knowledge or interest of the U.S. media & entertainment landscape
- Proficiency in financial modelling and driving M&A deals to completion
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team player
- BA or equivalent experience required
