- The Financial Accounting Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the financial reporting and accounting operations of Absher's affiliated entities.
- The role also contributes to the preparation of consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process and prepare monthly financial statements
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, inventory, and regulatory filings
- Partner with Operations to support project financial reporting and cost management
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement and developing others

Requirements
- Experience with construction accounting, including WIP reporting and percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting
Nice to have
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
Compensation
- $95,000 - $125,000 USD
- Coordinate annual audits and prepare supporting financial documentation
- Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
