- Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Summary: Provides machinery repair and maintenance services for a wide range of equipment across the plant using multiple tools and techniques.
- The starting pay rate is $39.99, with progression to $43.58.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment malfunctions across all areas and in all stages of the process using hand tools, power tools, etc.:
- Maintain production machinery and equipment, performing tasks such as replacing gaskets, packing and mechanical seals, bearings, etc.
Requirements
- The following are required for the role
- Knowledge and experience in installing and maintaining mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of mechanical techniques, methods, and procedures including, but not limited to:
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problems from experience and knowledge of the equipment as well as knowledge of what resources are available for troubleshooting and where to get them.
- Proficiency in the use of maintenance crafts equipment and tools and material handling equipment such as, but not limited to: marklift, hand tools, power tools, test equipment, etc. as required.
- General knowledge of chemicals and their general.
- Knowledge and application of safety, environmental, maintenance and quality guidelines, standards, codes, and procedures.
- Ability to effectively utilize personal and mainframe computers, as applicable.
- Ability to train and guide other employees in the assigned areas.
- Ability to work heights and in enclosed spaces.
- Written and verbal skills to communicate and applicable math skills.
- Ability to pass a qualifying test and maintain journeyman status in machinery repair craftpersonship and maintenance services.

- Machining tools
- Vibration analysis and computer alignment
Compensation
- P articipate and provide input, on a voluntary basis, into Manager and Leader/ Supervisor annual performance evaluations through anonymous processes consistent with contractual requirements.
