About the role

  • This position works under the supervision of the Health Center Manager.
  • Ensure that each patient receives the care and information they need by providing efficient, effective, and customer-oriented service in a civil, courteous, warm, and sensitive manner.
  • Assist in the clerical and informational tasks related to proper follow-up of patients according to the protocols and procedures of PPIL.

Requirements

  • The employee frequently is required to use hands and fingers to handle, type, feel, and reach.
  • High School Diploma or High School Equialency (HSE) required.
  • Ability to be culturally inclusive and communicate with patients, the public, staff, and volunteers in a civil, courteous, warm, and sensitive manner, including the use of correct pronouns for everyone.
  • Within three months' time, complete all required training for level 1 proficiencies and standards.

Nice to have

  • Previous professional experience with the provision of family planning services is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
