About the role

This senior role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
As the primary interface for Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing, you will ensure the successful delivery of world-class products, balancing innovation, cost, and supply chain resilience.
You will be personally accountable for the commercial success and health of your supply base.

Manage overall supplier relationships, performance, and development timelines, resolving critical issues that arise.
Manage supplier development and parts availability for prototype builds and production ramp, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any supply constraints.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
8-15 years of progressive, hands-on experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain, with deep expertise in Thermal Management systems (e.g., Battery Cooling, HVAC, FECM, Fluid Transfer Systems).
Expert knowledge of component manufacturing processes and sophisticated cost-modeling techniques.
Extensive experience with automotive part launches and serial production, with a strong understanding of product development and quality processes (APQP, PPAP).
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and external supplier leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
