  • Job Description: WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS The Warehouse Associate II takes part in the full Pick, Pack, and Ship process - including cycle count participation, work order picking for manufacturing, and inbound receiving verification.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
  • Identify system or process issues and communicate to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • If we need additional support, we will be sure to reach out directly to one of our preferred providers.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 55 lbs unassisted.
  • Operation of forklift and other warehouse equipment as required.
  • 2+ years of previous warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP and/or WMS platforms (NetSuite / High Jump a plus).
