Responsibilities
- Influence brand evolution by building, maintaining, and scaling global motion design systems used across the broader creative organization.
- Scale creative consistency by developing, maintaining, and evolving motion graphics templates and design systems aligned with Qualtrics brand guidelines.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by producing storyboards, animatics, thumbnails, key art, and style frames during early production phases.
- Maintain production hygiene by managing asset libraries, maintaining software/project files, and troubleshooting dual-platform systems (PC + Mac).
- Push creative boundaries by researching emerging trends in motion design and recommending software or workflow enhancements to the team.
- A curated portfolio or demo reel demonstrating strong capabilities in both motion design (timing, easing, keyframing) and static graphic layout.
- Proven ability to self-manage timelines, organize project queues, and collaborate effectively with video editors and producers.
- Exposure to 3D motion design tools (Cinema 4D/Blender) or experience designing for social-first vertical and square formats is a plus.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Frame.io.
