About the role

  • The GTM team at Ovative is the measurement bridge - the application layer between modeling and client impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery quality and consistency across MMM implementations, refits, and testing integrations - not by doing the modeling, but by governing what good looks like
  • We span the entire MMM lifecycle: from data and EDA through model build, QA, results delivery, and optimizations.
  • The Senior Manager, MMM is a senior leader and hands-on contributor who brings deep MMM expertise to how we deliver, what we build, and how we work.
  • Partner closely with Data Science on model design and interpretation - the bridge between technical execution and delivery
  • Coach the client-facing analytics team on how to deliver MMM results and navigate complex client questions independently
  • Own a tooling agenda: identify what needs to be built, sequence it, and drive it from POC through full release
  • Partner with the Product team to surface delivery-side needs, influence the product roadmap, and co-create best-in-class MMM solutions at scale
  • Experience building or codifying processes, standards, playbooks, or QA frameworks
  • Experience building AI-powered tools, automations, or analytical workflows

Requirements

  • 6+ years in marketing analytics, marketing science, or a related measurement field
  • 3+ years working directly with MMM. strong enough to evaluate model quality, interpret diagnostics, and hold teams accountable to standards
  • Strong working knowledge of MMM methodology: priors, lag structures, diminishing returns, calibration, QA
  • Track record of leading client-facing delivery and navigating complex or sensitive conversations confidently
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing and its integration into MMM
  • Hands-on experience with Bayesian MMM frameworks (e.g., Stan, PyMC, or comparable)
  • Familiarity with Bayesian prior specification and posterior interpretation
  • Comfort working in Posit, Python, R, or comparable environments
  • Experience in an agency or consulting environment managing multiple client engagements simultaneously

Compensation

  • At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits.
  • The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.
  • Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact.
  • Manager positions, our compensation ranges from $ 111,000 to $1 86,000, which is inclusive of a 2 5 % bonus.
