Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll deliver exceptional technical support, administer end-user technologies and cloud services, and help create a reliable, secure, and seamless technology experience.
- Research, recommend and implement innovative approaches for IT administration.
- Maintain accurate technology asset and lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and standards.
- Deliver timely, professional and customer-focused technical support in accordance with established service levels, operational priorities and escalation procedures.
- Perform hands-on upgrades and incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and remediation solutions for both software and hardware.
- Complete installations, support, upgrades, configuration changes, malware and virus detection/elimination.
- Perform daily system monitoring of all hardware, resources, systems and key processes.
- Perform or assist with monthly hardware/software patching.
