About the role

  • The position reports directly to the Director of Business Technology and is instrumental in bridging the gap between business operations and emerging AI capabilities.
  • This is an onsite position in the US, with preference to candidates located in Campbell, CA.
  • The base pay range of this position is $125,000 to $150,000 USD annually.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI-powered agents and automated workflows using platforms such as Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini to systematically identify and eliminate routine manual tasks across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain internal AI standards, best practices, and responsible use guidelines to ensure consistent, secure, and effective AI adoption across the organization.
  • Build, maintain, and document RESTful APIs and integration middleware connecting internal and external systems.
  • Review and validate code quality, architectural decisions, and AI/automation design patterns; mentor contributors and help establish team standards as the AI practice grows.
  • Build the foundation for and grow into leading a dedicated AI Automation & Integrations team.

Compensation

  • The base pay range of this position is $125,000 to $150,000 USD annually.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company's bonus program with a target bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary biannually, subject to the achievement of individual and Company performance objectives and the terms of the applicable Company bonus plan.
  • Please note that the provided range reflects the pay spectrum for positions within the same job category as the one to which this position belongs.
  • The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

  • This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, a maximum of 90 days.
