About the role
- The Marketing Coordinator is an execution-focused, operational role responsible for ensuring day-to-day marketing activities are delivered on time, with quality, and with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, content, social)
- Events & Field Marketing Support
- Manage and support planning and execution of trade shows, events, customer engagements and international events
- Ensure post-event follow-up activities are completed (lead tracking, internal coordination)
- Social Media & Content Support
- Support basic content updates (website, email, collateral)
- Operational & Executional Support
- Manage day-to-day marketing tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Building a world-class, scalable marketing engine
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or corporate environments
- Experience supporting campaigns, events, or marketing programs
- Clear communication and ability to coordinate across teams
- Experience in B2B, technology, or industrial environments
- Experience supporting trade shows or event logistics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
- Campaigns and events executed on time and without gaps
- Marketing activities run smoothly with minimal oversight
- Strong coordination across teams and vendors
- Consistent, reliable execution that enables marketing leadership to focus on strategy
- Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime
Nice to have
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
