About the role
- The Engineering Technician plays a vital role in supporting engineering and service operations by coordinating project activities, preparing service quotes, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by assisting with purchase order submissions and processing.
- Partner with the service team to develop accurate estimates for parts, labor, and service work.
- Track project milestones, maintain project documentation, and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, service, or technical operations.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Management, or a related technical field with at least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
