- Associate Analytics Engineer This position functions within Allegion's Global Data & Analytics Team and sits on the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain T-SQL and Spark/SQL (or equivalent) data transformations in the Data Lakehouse to produce curated, analytics-ready tables.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports that enable self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making at scale.
- Create DAX measures and time‑intelligence calculations to support KPIs and scalable self‑service analytics.
- Support and maintain global data assets, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Document data models, business rules, data lineage, and report specifications
- Ability to execute independently and deliver to milestones.
- Organized, analytical, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.

Requirements
- 0-2 years' experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles
- Basic experience with Power BI, including building simple datasets and reports
- familiarity with fundamental DAX functions.
- Working knowledge of T-SQL and foundational understanding of data transformations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent coursework / certification.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
