Associate Analytics Engineer This position functions within Allegion's Global Data & Analytics Team and sits on the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team.

Build and maintain T-SQL and Spark/SQL (or equivalent) data transformations in the Data Lakehouse to produce curated, analytics-ready tables.
Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports that enable self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making at scale.
Create DAX measures and time‑intelligence calculations to support KPIs and scalable self‑service analytics.
Support and maintain global data assets, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs.
Document data models, business rules, data lineage, and report specifications
Ability to execute independently and deliver to milestones.
Organized, analytical, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.

0-2 years' experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles
Basic experience with Power BI, including building simple datasets and reports
familiarity with fundamental DAX functions.
Working knowledge of T-SQL and foundational understanding of data transformations.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent coursework / certification.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
