About the role

Oversees outfitter desk providing guests with rentals and recommendations on recreational activities, services, dining, and other local amenities.
You'll be the premier person to connect our guests with a great local experience.
Since the early 1980s, it's served as a celebration of the city, state, region, and people who made it possible.

Work in coordination with the other Front Office Team Members to create a warm, welcoming environment for each and every guest.
Maintain a clean, well-organized and presentable Outfitter.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
