About the role

We're looking for a Consultant to join our growing delivery team in Canada.
You'll work closely with global clients to understand their business challenges, help shape practical solutions, and contribute to successful project outcomes within a rapidly growing and highly specialized consulting space.

We partner with enterprise organizations to design, implement, and optimize platforms that power how sales teams are planned, measured, and paid, working across leading EPM platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan and Varicent.
Our clients are Fortune 500 and high-growth companies transforming how they manage their sales and revenue planning process.
This is a client-facing role where you'll support the delivery of Sales Planning and EPM engagements, partnering with Managers and Solution Architects throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, training, and deployment.

CAD $ 90,000 - 100,000 depending on experience and Performance bonuses tied to delivery quality and client impact.
