Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain platform features including workflows, automation, validation rules, data models, permissions, and system defaults.
- Maintain platform documentation including process flows, integration diagrams, data mappings, and operational runbooks.
- Support or build integrations using Mulesoft, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
- Implement and maintain low-to medium- complexity flows, basic DataWeave transformations, and error handling/logging patterns.
- Develop or refine API specifications (RAML/OAS) and contribute to API-led connectivity design.
- Support enhancements across cross-platform processes and help design solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Partner with application vendors, implementation partners, internal developers, and system administrators.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze current-state vs. future-state processes, and recommend system/process improvement.

- This position will blend platform ownership, system analysis, business process enablement and integration support.
Requirements
- To succeed in this role, your technical expertise must be complemented by self-motivation, relationship building skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and structured documentation
- The ideal candidate will have the cross-functional role responsible for analysis, configuration, integration, and continuous optimization of the firm's core business platforms.
Nice to have
- 3+ years experience in a Salesforce environment as a technical resource (Admin, Developer, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience with Certinia at the Admin level or above is desirable
- Mulesoft development experience or exposure
- Salesforce, Mulesoft, and/or Certinia certifications are a big plus
- Exposure or experience to programming languages such as JavaScript, LWCs (Salesforce), Java, Apex, Python, etc.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts and tools
- Additional requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
