About the role
- This role will contribute to strategy, roadmap development, and execution across Phoenix & Raven's core patient experiences and care flows.
- You will work onsite within an experienced product team and contribute directly to patient-facing experiences across web and mobile.
- 4-6 years in Product Management, shipping meaningful workstreams from concept to production
Responsibilities
- Own product workstreams end-to-end - discovery, delivery, and post-launch iteration
- Write clear, well-scoped briefs that give engineering and design the context to execute confidently
- Use Shape Up methodologies to shape projects, define appetite, identify risks, and maintain execution momentum
- Help drive roadmap planning by surfacing dependencies, tradeoffs, and pragmatic sequencing
- Support and evolve back-office tooling across patient operations, fulfillment, support, billing, and clinical administration
- Maintain strong documentation so decisions, requirements, and process knowledge stay accessible
- Partner with engineering to balance growth with platform stability, data integrity, and patient safety
- Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation across product workflows, internal tooling, and support operations
- We're a team of creative problem-solvers who move deliberately and collaborate in person, because we think the best work happens that way.
Requirements
- Experience with operationally complex products: admin tooling, back-office systems, cross-functional process coordination
Nice to have
- Comfort creating clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments - you don't wait for structure to be handed to you
- Clear written communication - briefs, specs, and decisions that are concise and actionable
- Familiarity with Shape Up, JTBD, or similarly pragmatic frameworks a plus
- Empathy for patients and users - you think seriously about the people using the product, their anxieties, motivations, and what's actually at stake for them
- Data fluency - you define success metrics, evaluate outcomes, and let data inform prioritization
- Commercial awareness - you connect product decisions to activation, retention, and business performance
- Low ego, high ownership
Skills
- Apply first-principles thinking and JTBD frameworks to understand patient motivations and translate insights into product decisions
