About the role
- A CAT attorney at Koley Jessen will assist clients with numerous contractual arrangements arising during the business lifecycle.
- Depending on the extent of our clients' needs, CAT attorneys may take on the work of contract drafting, review and/or negotiation.
- CAT attorneys will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients around the country and across all industries.
Nice to have
- 2-4 years of experience in CAT
- Experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating a variety of vendor and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements;
- Ability to efficiently research, draft, interpret and summarize commercial and technology contracts;
- Effective communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska;
- Experience with NDAs, supply agreements, service agreements, software license agreements and SaaS agreements;
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Related experience in privacy, data security and intellectual property is a plus.
