About the role

  • The Technical Accounting Manager serves as The Nuclear Company's in-house technical accounting resource, researching, evaluating, and documenting U.S. GAAP positions for complex and non-routine transactions.
  • This role focuses heavily on revenue recognition for long-term EPC and construction contracts, as well as accounting for joint ventures and project financing structures, including strategic partnerships such as TNC's partnership with Brookfield.
  • The Technical Accounting Manager also monitors emerging accounting standards and ensures the company remains ahead of new guidance relevant to fleet-scale nuclear deployment.

Requirements

  • Active CPA required

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of experience including Big 4 public accounting plus industry technical accounting
  • Preferred Experience
