About the role
- Assist in training sessions and lunch & learns for engineers and contractors.
- Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Vice President of Sales
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and equipment selection assistance to engineers, contractors, and architects.
- Prepare and deliver accurate HVAC system designs, proposals, and submittals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Attend job site meetings and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and building codes relevant to HVAC systems.
- Support sales team in achieving territory and product line goals.
Requirements
- Ideal Candidates: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent HVAC industry experience).
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent HVAC industry experience).
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC design, sales, or technical support (manufacturer or rep firm preferred).
- EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
