About the role
- include managing equipment lifecycle projects, technology upgrades, and integration with hospital IT systems while adhering to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, scopes, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments using established project management methodologies and tools.
- Conducts project-related risk assessments and implements mitigation strategies to support patient, staff, and operational safety.
- Utilizes project management tools and systems, such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar applications, to manage and report on project progress.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and convey technical and project-related information to diverse audiences.
- Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency standards as it relates to the environment, employee, patient safety or job performance.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or as needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
