About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of strategic business transformation/AI initiatives to deliver growth, scale, and/or resiliency in the business by applying strong business consulting and consultative execution skills.
  • Examples range from new business capability building, AI initiatives, regulatory risk remediation, operating model/process evaluation.
  • Drive complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
  • Partner with multiple disciplines and global NTAM leadership to understand business and functional priorities and considerations to build plan and roadmaps.
  • Engage with cross-functional leaders to define project objectives, scope, build roadmaps and plans with clear milestones and OKRs, identify dependencies, and establish governance and communication protocols.
  • Communicate delivery roadmap and dependencies in terms meaningful to both business and technical terms to influence, educate and support the implementation of desired outcomes.
  • Own program reporting, escalations, including Working Groups, Steering Committee and enterprise updates.
  • Anticipate risks, issues and jointly identify action or mitigation plans to drive decisions or course correction.
  • Strong consultative skillset of driving programs from initiation to execution building compelling fact base and bringing in diverse points of view to drive scoping, planning and decisioning
  • Dynamic relationship building and partnership skills across distinct levels of the organization.
