Responsibilities

Nice to have
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
- 1-2 years food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale environment.
- Requires a working knowledge of division operations and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Through knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Must have a strong Food and beverage knowledge.
