Responsibilities

  • EPA AHERA / NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector, Project Designer, Project Monitor and Air Sampling Technician, NYSDOL Mold Assessor, NJ/EPA/NY Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector and/or NYCDEP Asbestos Investigator.
  • Knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and state regulations for asbestos, lead paint, etc.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
  • Must be willing to travel to and from job sites within the NY area
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and be medically cleared to wear negative pressure respirator
  • Must be available to occasionally work night or weekend hours may and/or extended shifts beyond 8 hours

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in performing asbestos, lead paint, IAQ, water intrusion/mold, general industrial hygiene, and facility-related abatement project monitoring and inspections.
