About the role

- Build and run a competitive intelligence function that gives Sales, Product, and Leadership a real edge.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to equip Sales and Channel teams with the assets, tools, and training they need to convert-pitch decks, demo narratives, objection handling, ROI tools, and discovery frameworks.
- Build a steady cadence of customer interviews, win and loss analysis, analyst feedback, and field signal collection.
- Own the case study and testimonial elements of the wider advocacy program.
- Lead and grow the Senior Product Marketing & Competitive Intelligence Manager.
- Set high standards, give direct feedback, and build a high-output, low-drama team culture.
- This approach helps us maintain the integrity of our hiring process, ensuring that we select the most qualified and genuine individuals to join our team.
