Responsibilities
- Powered by Norm Ai, we combine elite legal talent with purpose-built AI agents to deliver faster, more precise, and more reliable legal services.
- Lead AI-augmented workstreams across multiple fund formation matters, using AI to enhance quality, speed, and client service.
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD); admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3-6 years of experience in investment funds, investment management, or financial transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to improve precision and efficiency.
- No prior AI experience required.
- Leverage AI tools to capture institutional knowledge, precedent clauses, and negotiation patterns across deals.
