Responsibilities
- The Peer Specialist functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide peer support, advocacy, coaching, mentoring, behavior modeling, assistance, and guidance for clients.
- Maintain positive, timely, and effective communication with patients, families, team members, external and internal resource providers, referral sources, and community providers.
