Responsibilities
- Support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and functioning.
- Encourage resident participation in self-care tasks while providing support and cues as needed.
- Take and record vital signs, monitor intake/output, and document care accurately.
- Provide meal assistance including menu selection, feeding support, and post-meal care.
- Maintain resident rooms by changing linens, making beds, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Support social engagement by encouraging interaction during meals, activities, and daily care routines.
- Collaborate with the care team to promote each resident's comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- Provide daily support, personal care, and companionship to help residents live with dignity and comfort.
- We're looking for a Direct Care Aide who is dedicated to providing hands-on support that helps our residents feel comfortable, respected, and valued.

Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their job responsibilities
