Responsibilities
- We equip retail, fashion, luxury, footwear, outdoor, home and consumer goods brands with pioneering best-of-breed solutions to plan, design, develop, source, comply, buy, make, price, allocate, sell and replenish products.
- Our technology powers brands to streamline processes, drive efficiency and operate with confidence in an ever-changing market.
- This role leads the blueprint phase, performs the hands-on application configuration, and provides functional support during solution testing to ensure the deployed system meets the established requirements.
- Lead workshops and interviews to document and validate client business requirements.
- Create detailed functional design documents specifying the final configured state of the application.
- Coach client through defining requirements, review and validate requirements with Technical Consultants.
- Test and validate configurations prior to handoff to customer to test.
- Work collaboratively with the technical consultant to ensure configuration adheres to best practices and performance standards defined by the Team Lead.
- Own the functional integrity of the configured solution.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and provide critical functional guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to resolve issues related to configuration or design.
