Our technology powers brands to streamline processes, drive efficiency and operate with confidence in an ever-changing market.
Lead workshops and interviews to document and validate client business requirements.
Create detailed functional design documents specifying the final configured state of the application.
Coach client through defining requirements, review and validate requirements with Technical Consultants.
Test and validate configurations prior to handoff to customer to test.
Own the functional integrity of the configured solution.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and provide critical functional guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to resolve issues related to configuration or design.
Actively participate in design peer reviews of colleague's work, providing constructive feedback on functional viability, complexity, and adherence to company standards.
Log and manage configuration and functional defects discovered during testing.

Strong functional experience with Centric PLM, including the ability to independently perform system configuration.
Solid understanding of industry standard business processes (apparel, F&B, Beauty, Consumer electronics, etc.) and the ability to map those processes to application capabilities.
