About the role

  • As a tech-savvy individual with deep healthcare domain expertise, the Solution Success Manager - Diagnostic Radiology serves as a product authority and strategic advisor for both prospective and existing customers.
  • This pivotal role bridges the gap between our innovative AI healthcare solutions and the specific needs of healthcare teams, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows and the delivery of measurable value.
  • In this role, you will function as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the pre-sales and onboarding phases.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure solutions deployed meet the expected deliverables as scoped in the pre-sales engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting pre-sales engagements and live product demonstrations.
  • Clinical Expertise
  • Ability to map complex clinical requirements into product workflows and provide insightful recommendations.

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations of our AI healthcare solutions to diverse audiences, including clinicians, researchers, and healthcare administrators
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of key healthcare personas (e.g., providers, specialists, radiology IT, Technologists, nurses, care coordinators, patients) and their unique challenges
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Directors (RAD) on the best way to create and deliver tailored sales presentations that resonate with different healthcare stakeholders
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from healthcare professionals during the pre-sales and onboarding phases to inform product development
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant medical domains during client engagements
