About the role

Responsibilities

  • As Leader on Duty (LOD), you lead our Sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • You analyze sales and product performance reports to make strategic merchandising decisions with your Market Visual Leader, and you support the General Manager with critical insights on product performance and sales opportunities.
  • You coach your team and lead the execution of our rollout (floor set) process.
  • You believe that teamwork drives results:
  • You know how to lead and develop teams and have a general understanding of employment law.
