About the role
- One year of surgical assisting experience and/or Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) or Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA), radiology certification, CPR certification.
- Grade 3 (Hourly) Position Description: The University of Louisville School of Dentistry prepares students for a career in Dentistry.
- UofL Dental Associates (ULDA) also known as the F aculty P rivate P ractice C linic, is where faculty instructors provide dental care directly to patients.
Responsibilities
- Work with the faculty, peers, and supervisors to deliver customer service oriented and patient centered care
- Maintain HIPAA, OSHA and Infection Control compliance at all times

- Target Compensation Maximum:
- $28.55 Target Compensation Minimum:

- Serve as chairside dental assistant to dentists as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) or a surgical assistant, providing four hand dental assisting as needed
- Maintain stock of supplies throughout the clinic, and order as needed
- Stock, prepare, organize, break down and clean operatories
