Responsibilities
- We provide outpatient therapy, psychiatric services, and care coordination, all grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices that support holistic healing and long-term recovery.

Compensation
- Hourly and Fee For Service available
- Provide clinical leadership and care coordination services including:
- Oversight of treatment planning and documentation
- Clinical case coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Weekly treatment audits and quality monitoring
- Client engagement and continuity-of-care management
Benefits
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapeutic principles, behavioral health treatment, and integrated care
- Experience providing mental health and substance use disorder treatment services
- Familiarity with COMAR, Medicaid, CARF, OMHC, and behavioral health documentation standards
- Experience with ICANotes or electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
