About the role

Uniswap Labs is also the primary technical provider for Unichain, a DeFi-native Ethereum Layer 2 built to be the home for liquidity across chains.
This role will be based in our office with an expectation of regular in-person collaboration.

Own and drive the commercial lifecycle with strategic partners: proactive outreach, relationship development, onboarding, and ensuring long-term success.
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, surfacing impactful partnerships by leveraging the different Uniswap products and protocol.
Represent Uniswap professionally at industry events, conferences, and in partner meetings to amplify the brand and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and lead team members through structured mentorship, deal reviews, and continuous feedback, raising the bar for execution and professionalism.
Senior Growth Lead, API & Institutional Partnerships
It builds products that help millions access the protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and Trading API.
You'll own high-impact relationships, translate market needs into product strategy, and be a key driver of Uniswap's API ecosystem.

relevant business development, partnerships, trading desk, or client management experience in traditional finance, fintech, or trading infrastructure.
Ability to speak credibly with senior technical and commercial stakeholders

Prior experience at a major fintech, exchange, or HFT/market-making firm.
Technical experience working on crypto protocols, DeFi, or open source software.
